Worship at Brookhaven UMC

Worship is at the center of the life of our church. Psalm 95 tells us, “O Come, let us sing unto the Lord! Let us heartily rejoice in the rock of our salvation!” Every week at 11AM, we gather together to praise God and to grow in our own faith through our service of worship. At Brookhaven, we seek to respect the depth of the Christian tradition, particularly our United Methodist tradition, while also integrating modern, creative worship styles. We seek to honor and worship God in all we do, whether it is through an ancient hymn, a modern praise chorus, or music from around the world. We also share in liturgy and prayer together, celebrate the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion, and hear God's Word preached from the Old and New Testaments. Our worship is lively, our preaching is relevant, and our community is welcoming and loving. We hope you'll join us!
